The Bridge School is a non-profit organization whose mission is to ensure that individuals with severe speech and physical impairments achieve full participation in their communities through the use of augmentative & alternative means of communication (AAC) and assistive technology (AT) applications and through the development, implementation and dissemination of innovative life-long educational strategies. The annual Bridge School Benefit Concert has been a highlight of the Bay Area's fall music schedule for 20 years. Started in 1986, Neil and Pegi Young have invited a who's who of the music world to volunteer their time performing and help raise funds for the school. It is a wnderful combination of great entertainment and a good cause. (paraphrased from www.HyperRust.org)
Many items were donated this year's record breaking raffle for the Bridge School Parent Fund. We proudly added our two 30x40 pigment inkjet prints to the prizes offered in both night's raffle.
In an effort to respond to the many requests we've received since the show, and to further aid the school, prints can be ordered directly from Stephen Johnson Photography. Until the end of 2005, 50% of the proceeds will go to the Bridge School.
Photographs are 30x40 inch fine-art limited-edition pigment inkjet prints on 100% rag paper, archivally mounted and framed to 40x60 inches. Each print is signed by the artist and numbered in a limited-edition of 250.
